Booking information: Arrival and departure: Your room is available from 3 pm onwards. We kindly ask youto empty your room by 11 am on your departure day. With the exeption of the KAISER SUITE all the suites are for occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults respectively.
Non-smoking rooms: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms and we kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony.

Pets: EUR 10,00 per day (withaout food). Please note that guests with pets can only be offered rooms on the ground floor. Choice of menu: Daily, except on the arrival day, you have the choice of two main courses and one vegetarian dish. Cot: EUR 10,00 per day. We offer a reduction of EUR 6,00 per dayin summer and EUR 7,50 per day in winter from the half-board rates for bed & breakfast. Room service: EUR 4,00 are being charged for room service. Reductions for regular guests: (valid for stays of at least one week, not valid for packages offers, pament in cash prefered). After 3 stays - 5%, after 5 stays -10%, after 10 stays -15%. Weckend/short stay: Short stays below 4 days are charged with a surcharge of EUR 4,00 per person and day. Double room for single use: 50% Surcharge of the daily price.
